There was a spider-man issue where a guy sees spidey climb up a building in LA. The guy ws a tansvestite.
Make a cool name.It does not have to reflect the name. ex.: Iron Man is an alcoholic. Iron is considered strong and strong people do not abuse alcohol.

I am sure that certain characters of the sailor moon series are men dressed as women.
And in Name code Robotech, there is a pilot that acts singing as a girl. (but he is not a super hero.
