I need some ideas for a sick, twisted, horror story. I am stuck with writer's block and I need quite a few ideas, and some guidelines. Anyone have any?

A girl lives out in the country, a small town in the middle of no-where, with her family. Her boyfriend who she's dating has a personality disorder and goes on a rampage, after he sees her with someone else. He kills the other guy, and her family one by one until he finally gets her.

It would not could desire to be some ill death horror tale. a physically powerful horror tale you need to write is something with a exceptional form of embarrassment. think of the 'horror' of having to sing or dance in front of tens of millions and messing up? there is an concept.

you can never go wrong with an escaped serial murderer or mental patient praying on a house that's in the country, but has a major highway nearby. The parents aren't home and the teenage girl has a friend spend the night so she isn't so afraid.

we watched horrified as the undead ripped apart his body ripping apart his limbs and sucking up the guts i started to scream against my will screaming so loud but i couldn't hear anything i screamed all's i heard was my heart beat going faster and faster as the Mob of the undead starting to walk in our direction. my mind told my leg's to run but my body didn't move the blood thirsty undead were going to kill me and i couldn't do anything but sit there...
