Limewire.com is free. I use it all the time for music. Some people say they get viruses but I have never had a problem. Be careful though, especially with kids, because there is lots of porn in the VIDEO part of it and some of it is pretty disturbing.
To load it, just go to Limewire.com and follow the instructions. You will be offered a premium service for a one time fee of about $20.00 but you will get by with the free BASIC service.

it is probably a program like limewire or kazza.it downloads free songs but some of there songs you might have to pay for.
im not completely sure but that is what i have been told
