After the way I was raised, I have quite a bit of ambivalence towards both of my parents.

A sentence with ambivalence is when the Judge in court really doesn't care either way about the outcome of the trial. Instead of pounding his wood hammer on the desk .. he just casually swings it around and thinks about a sentence .. since he doesn't care .. it could be 5 months or life without parole. There have been many appeals on cases that involved Judges sentences based on their ambivalent attitude. Good Luck ! :)
