Yes it is a fasting diet (a type of diet everyone in the world should be on! We eat wayyy too much, especially Americans), anyway, rant aside...

The idea is that grapefruit is the only thing you eat and cleanses the system. It's also known as the Hollywood Diet. Be safe--

***Warning*** Yes there is a grapefruit diet but grapefruit interacts with a lot of medications and over the counter medications. I would suggest discussing this diet with your doctor first before doing it. Better be safe than sorry.

Yes and it is silly. It is based on the myth that grapefruit juice will somehow dissolve the fat or carbs. But it doesn't work that way. The acid in your stomach alone is stronger than juice, so the whole concept is bogus.

IT IS A THREE DAY DIET THE USES CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN.
AND IT HAS DIFFERENT THINGS YOU EAT DAILY NOT JUST GRAPEFRUIT AND IT ONLY TAKE THREE DAYS AND LOSE UP TO 10LBS. AND THE OTHER FOUR DAYS YOU EAT IN MODERATION AND REPEAT IT AFTER.

I have heard of it... but it is a fad diet. Watching what u eat and counting calories. Look at sugars, fiber, and calories, and sodium. it will help
