DEATH. But since you are oblivious enough to even consider this I'll apeal to your sense of vanity. Bad breath. weak nails, hair falls out, arms grow wierd downlike fur, paleness, facial feature jut out, eyes bug. You are better off with diet and exercise.

yeah death is the first thing i think of. i know where you are right now u think its the easier way i know i was kinda anorexic for like six months but then i got tired of it and i realized i didnt even want to really be that thin or if i did when i found my boyfriend who loves me the way i am [he doesnt know about my past ana] i totally forgot about it. i mean dont get me wrong im thin now but before i wanted to be one of those girls who you look at and think "she needs a meal" and it was working. i was depressed always tired i felt bad about myself but then in the end i just one day wondered who the **** i was doing this for and then luckily soon after i met my boyfriend and now i mean. ... its still the same like every time i eat i average about how many cals im putting in my body and how fat it'll make me and if i know im gonna where a swim suit or something i'll eat just veggies and fruit but i havent actually starved for an entire day in a long time and that is a big accomplishment you'll see if you decide to become anorexic if you decide to infect yourself with this horrible disease. hope that helps.

Death by Starvation, sodium/potassium depletion, Dehydration(emaciated tissues do not hold water well), and the very real consequence of the guys all looking at the skeletal body -that you still think is fat, - and being totally nauseated.
Good lord, girl, girls are sexy because of their CURVES.
Anorexics have no curves - unless you count the outlines of their RIBS!

Well, other than the obvious, death.......
It can cause heart problems, brittle nails and skin, major gastro-intestinal problems, anemia, kidney and liver failure, muscle cramps and weakness, insomnia, yellowing of the skin, osteoporosis... Just to name a few.

Being hungry all the time, looking like a skeleton. Your organs start to fail, you become weak, and you can die.

google karen Carpenter and then try to think of a good way to tell your parents that you are willing to risk cardiac arrest to be way too skinny...this isn't a viable option..get fit instead and be healthy...really selfish
