i think first you'd have to complain to the landlord. if they don't do anything about it then go to the housing commission in your area and fill a complaint with them...if nothing is done after that i'd talk to a lawyer the specializes in that form of law and ask what your options are.

You need to read your lease and see what it states regarding vermin or rodents. I would speak with the landlord regarding the issue, and you may want to take pictures of the pests you you can prove your case if the landlord doesn't believe you. Good Luck KG

It would be interesting to read your lease. I think you should report this to your landlord/managment this is a health and safety issue.
