It is better to use products that are deisgned for this purpose.

You cannot take off waterproof mascara without chemicals. You can scrape it off, but that is bad. Vaseline is a chemical and lotion is a chemical too. You can try olive oil, but I don't see how it is better.

You can use mineral oil or baby oil :-) But Maybelline has a makeup remover especially for waterproof makeup. Its called Expert Eyes Moisturizing Mascara Remover for Waterproof Eye Makeup. Its gentel on the eyes and one of its ingerdients is Mineral oil. You can get it at Walgreens for only $4.49 :-)

Cover girl has a makeup remover thats just for water proof makeup. Try that, it works wonders.

Well, I reckon moisturizer on cotton wool works almost as well make-up remover.... but I guess it depends what you mean by chemicals.... "Neal's Yard" have good products made with natural ingredients.

well the only thing that i heard that works is baby oil, it wont come off with just soap or water- household products dont really do the trick...

i dont know a good way but i do know a great way... here it is, "ponds cold cream" u can get it in the face washing ilse of mirejs.. w/e,, or walmart ect.. it works great!!! plz try it!!
