you have to distribute the -3 within the [ ] to each

3^-3 * (a^2\5)^-3

distribute the -3 to the second part by multipling
3^-3 * a^-6\5 .....negative exponents force numbers to under a division sign changing the exponents to positives


1/3^3*a^6/5

so....1/ 27a^(6/5)

Invert the quantity within the bracket to remove the negative exponent.

125/27a^6
