You can use Paraller cable to connect to another computer and transfer data.
Or if you have hosting you can transfer data up to the server on the interent.
or you can connect 2 computers using router create a share folder on the computer and transfer ddata from your laptop the that folder on another computer.

Remove the hard drive from the laptop. Take it to another laptop that does have a DVD/CD drive that does work and do your thing that way.

Bring it into a computer repair shop and ask them to make a CD for you.
E-mail essential files to your self.

do you have internet? You could go to a file sharing program or email them to yourself.
