write a letter to your landlord telling of the situation. Give him pleanty of time to fill your space before you move, because he's able to rent the house before you move out, he probably wont charge you the rest of you lease time. Good luck!

Talk to your landlord and tell him your situation, that you want to move out before your lease expires. If he's nice he may just let you go with no penalty for breaking the lease. At the very least, you have let him know what's happening so he can start looking for a new tenant.

Usually there will be a penalty for breaking the lease. After all, you have signed a written contract to pay rent until March 2007, and by moving out early, you are in breach of that contract. Typically you will be responsible for paying rent until your landlord can find a new renter, and you will have to pay any costs associated with finding the new renter, such as cleaning, advertising, etc. The landlord, however, is obligated to make a good-faith effort to find a new renter as quickly as possible, so as to minimize your costs.

The absolute best solution is for you to find a new renter yourself, then present them to the landlord. Provided they are creditworthy and responsible, the landlord is required by law to make a good-faith effort to re-rent the property, and by presenting him with a qualified tenant, he has little choice but to rent to them and release you from your obligations.

you say that you've rented this house for the past 3 years? That's a pretty long time. If you have been a good renter and paid your rent on time and kept the house in good condition i think he will co-operate with you. You need to just explain to him that you have want to be honest with him and give him some notice so he can run an add to get the place rented. I think he will appreciate your honesty and wish you well. Better to leave on good terms, you never know when you may need him again

Therefor, you need to no longer be charged for substitute of carpet, blinds, or portray with the aid of the undeniable fact that's implied that those might want to elect replacing after the period of your stay and that is the owner's responsibility as generic belongings upkeep. The land lord would no longer be outstanding, yet when you're a renter in strong status, why punk out and run away contained in the authentic. that's time you advance up and take care of absolutely everyone, no longer basically the outstanding uncomplicated ones. Amanda: once the wanted length of a employ has expired there is commonly a clause contained in the apartment settlement which states that thereafter the employ turns into month to month. No new record or signatures is necessary to make that legally binding.

You should just send a letter of intent to move or talk to your land lord about the situation. You may have to pay for moving before the lease is up. It really depends on the land lord. They usually are reasonable about the situation. You have been living there for 3 yrs so they know that you are reliable so they might work with you oon the situation.

tell your landlord you have to move due to a health reason. the landlord is then required by law (in most states) to try to rent out the house to someone else. You are still required to pay if the property cannot be rented to someone else, but your landlord is required to make a good faith effort to rent it out to someone else. Y ou could also notify him of some bizaarre health risk that he cannot rectify within 30 days. Check your state laws.

for the record I pulled off both of these successfully.
