Loreal just came out with a Bare Minerals type of foundation powder; I tried it and it covers nicely and my skin feels soft. You also might want to try Aveeno Daily Cleansing Cloths; since I began using them my oily skin is much dryer and I have had no break-outs.

Try Bare Minerals. I have oily skin with broken capillaries and dark circles under my eyes. This covers my issues and even with my oily skin still looks good. The nice thing is a little goes a long way, you control the coverage, it doesn't clog your pores and it has a SPF15.
If you're near a Bare Escentuals boutique or sephora, stop in and check it out. Both carry a starter kit which runs $60-$75, it has 2 foundation shades, warmth, mineral veil, 3 brushes, instructional DVD plus some other things depending on which store you get it from.
It's worth a try, if you don't like it you can return it and get your money back.
If you decide to get it, try using the mineral veil before your foundation, I find that helps with my oily skin. The nice thing is that you can try it different ways to see what's best for you.
Good luck!!

Bare Minerals. I LOVE that stuff. it's good for your skin and if you don't put a lot on it's hard to tell if you are wearing any.
