Unfortuantely, your email address is not confirmed so I could not send this to you privately..however this was about your Playboy statement that I've taken offense to and here's my opinion:
I read one of your Playboy answers:
1-you have no brain
2-be blonde
3-sleep with hugh hefner
...that's disrespectful to the company and you shouldn't speak of it like that unless you've experianced that first hand. You should help people not ridicule them for a dream they want to persue..and to let you know all of the above are not true. P.B is actually a very professional company to work for and there are a lot of beautiful smart women that work for the P.B industry :)
As to getting pregnant..make sure you have a healthy diet and your ovulation time does take a big part..so keep watch on that. There are also positions that say they help in pregnancy which can be found on Yahoo! and even Google :)

First of all you want to find out when you are most likely to be fertile - so know your mostly time of ovulation. This is just a best guess at when you will ovulate and one easy way to find out if you are ovulating more precisely is to monitor your basal body temperature with a special thermometer. Your body temperature rises about 1/2 degree when you ovulate, thus you can pinpoint the time that you ovulate by monitoring your temperature throughout your cycle. It's easy to do, just pick up a basal temp thermometer from your local drug store. Each morning, BEFORE you get out of bed take your temperature and record it, along with the date and day of your cycle (The first day of you period is day 1, women have a 28 day cycle on average). The website below has a free chart you can download to use to record and track your temperature. There are also ovulation detection kits, which can be pricey, but might be helpful in pinpointing your ovulation and thus finding out when you are most likely to conceive.

Use over the counter ovulation test to find out when you are ovulating. This will allow you to know when you are capable of get pregnant. After intercourse lie in a fertility position on your back slightly crunched at the abdomen with 2-3 pillows under your bottom to elevate your hips and hold your knees close to your chest. Good luck.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

You really have to know what time of the month do you ovulate. They have tests at the drug store to help with that and also you have to be relaxed while doing it. It shouldn't be something that you pressure yourself to do. I hope this helps and good luck.

Have sex ... assisted pregnancy might help you the day your periods end .. go for sonography(ultrasound)
they tell you thesize of the folicles.. when its probably toburst and wehn its the best to haVE sex!!
Also..you could go for IVF(test tube baby) itscostly..but they fertilize the eggies and thenimplant the embryos inthe uterus..but thats if every other thing God forbid has failed!!!

Why do you want to get pregnant? If it is meant to be it will happen. If you are not meant to have a child, it will not happen. Have sex about 2 weeks after your period has ended.
