I'm 17 so can i walk into a store and buy an M rated game? The rating on M rated games says 17+ so i don't see why not. There are now laws against selling M rated games to minors so do i have to be 18 to buy M rated games even tho it says 17+ on it?

Most game stores will let you go if they see a valid drivers licence...but then some will not let you buy it because legally you should be 18. The respect us minors get, isn't it ridiculous?

Good luck bro

The 17+ thing means you need to be older than 17, which is 18 and up.

It many times relies upon what the M is for, if its for concerns like violence, or language, probable you're able to commonly purchase it. video games like call of accountability and distinctive struggling with video games are commonly rated M, and a lot of human beings my age own and play them. (i'm sixteen) yet whilst the M is for that yet whilst its for various reasons, commonly now not.
