I recall a movie that had a scene like that from the eighties called Creepshow. It was written by Stephen King. The movie had several stories. One of stories was about an old man who was a germophobe. He lived in clean room, but a massive amount of roaches got in and killed him. In the last scene they came pouring out of his mouth and through holes they had eaten in his skin.
