Hate is a very strong word to use on oneself but I do know what you mean. You do learn to live with it and make any changes necessary to accommodate yourself during this time. Every month, I am aware when I will be PMSing so that there are no surprises to why I am feeling the way I do or acting the way I do and especially wondering why I cannot stop eating.

I am always happy after PMSing when I still have all my friends, family and co-workers still talking to me.

To help with the way I feel about bloating and body changing during this time, I have certain clothes for those days, no jogging pants and sweat tops but more loose fitting clothes that still look nice for work. I give myself more time to rest and relax as well during this time.

The older I get the less tolerant I am of people during this time and because I am aware of this, I can make some changes. You to must be aware of any changes in oneself in order to change or accommodate yourself during this time. You need to read up on PMSing and write down "any" changes during this time in order to become aware of yourself.

I can remember one time when I forgot to check my PMS calendar and wore a pair of low-rise jeans and my top tucked in feeling just great. Several hours later, my stomach began to bloat, I got a headache, pelvic pain, my jeans began to feel two sizes too small, etc. I had begun PMSing while at work. I went home on my lunch hour, ate three chocolate donuts and a large glass of milk, changed my clothes and returned to work.

Love your body, love yourself, accommodate your changes, and thank God that this may be one of our biggest problems in our life right now.

i think the majority of women so hate their body when they are pms-ing...i know i do...i feel huge cuz i am severly bloated, then it gets worse when i am constipated...then there is the headaches, extra water weight, and i dont know if other women experience this but i PEE all the time when on my period...

sometimes i wish that i was either a guy or have gone through menopause just so i dont have to deal with periods, PMS and all that other junk that comes with it...

OMG, yes! They say to cut back on salt a caffeine....yeah right, that's no time to be taking away my caffeine! And as for salt.....hmmm...do I want sweet or salty? It's a catch 22 if you ask me. LOL Anyway, perhaps drinking more wate to flush out your system or taking a diuretic or Midol that relieves bloating.

Motrin for bloating. I disapprove of my body appearance and PMS has nothing to do with it. I don't like my mood swing with pm sing.

I don't PMS. XD Not really, anyway. But recently I've found more and more that I have no problems with my body. I guess when I was with my now ex he really boosted my confidence...
