The best way for change to take place is through Tolerance, acceptance & a small bit of love. Never with terrorism & seldom through laws.

Neither is a "best way" to instill change in ones behaviour. The ideal way is to have people arrive at the point or place in their individual lives, where he or she wants to do the changing. Terrorism is coercing people through threat of death. Laws are coercing people through legalism, (do's and don'ts). Through the onset of time both ways are guaranteed to fail ! Opportunity and choice is the absolute "best" way to either, make or break any humanistic system. Make the best or wisest choice - good ultimately will prevail. Make the bad or unwise choice and you will be well on your way to a "life's learning experience" lesson. i.e. no pain-no gain!!!

Apperently terrorism as it has convinced the government to remove the right to defend yourself against all evidence if you are accused(not convicted) of terrorism even if you are an american citizen.
So terrorism is an effective way to make another distroy itself.

through victory,the defeat of your enemy,only then will you have change,just ask the germans,or japanese,talk will get you nowhere,e,i,n.korea,iran,shites,sunni.
