Freak dancing/ dirty dancing?

I can't find rhythm in the songs! Either that or I don't know how to move my hips... it comes out more square-y than circle-y if that makes any sense. I'm not trying to be racist or offend anyone, but I noticed how african american girls hecka know how to dance... can anyone help me dance like that?

ya thats the best i could come up with but yea bad memories...
i got caught dirty dancing by my mom
on my bday
and now i cant go to parties and such
but anyways a long as u dont get caught!
is all good!
