sounds like he put a bad spot on the hard drive, any way to fix it?

yea turn off the power for the xbox. turn it back on and eject the disk.blow the disk and put a different game in. then turn it off again.it should work then(once u power it on again)

if its a 360 get a new hard drive if not id call xbox and see

pick up the xbox and hit your son with it...hopefully it'll teach him not to do it again. then wait til PS3 comes out and buy that instead.

if he hit it and it gets broken and they wont fix it then it is your sons fault not yours.
