Research has recently shown that we need less sleep than we thought, between 6-7 hours a night usually. The average time we Brits like to spend asleep is 7.75 hours a night.
However, Jim Horne from Loughborough University Sleep Research Centre puts it best: "The amount of sleep we require is what we need not to be sleepy in the daytime."

its all depends on ur age and lifestyle. if someone ask me this question i would say i m 25. so i would like to spend my most of the time awake. now a days i usualy sleep 12-1:00 and wake up about 5- 6am. and dont take any kind of nap or sleep .
i know its bad for health but if u r working and so many things in ur mind u cant sleep u always want to do something new with ur life(that the problem wth me) but if u r not doing any thing u can sleep as much as possible. even more then 8hours infact go for 12hours.

Depends on your age. Personally, I like going to bed by 9:30 and I can't wait to get up between 5-5:30. That's right, I love getting up! The sooner I'm in bed, the sooner I can get up, have breakfast, get outside. It is my most favourite time of the day.

I don't think the time you go to bed matters.
I heard about a study where they found that people who get 6-8 hours of sleep live longer than those who get more or less than that.

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/hcqpl
Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.

Depends on when you work and what your sleep requirements are.
I try to get to bed by 3 a.m, and I need to be up by 3pm latest - I need my 12 hours. I loooooooove to sleep and I work second shift, so it's all good.
But that wouldn't work for most people - so your question needs to be refined.
