I just ate a couple slices, I hope it was meat. Some of the other ingredients that I could identify were crackers, diced onions, tomato paste, and catsup. (or possibly red frosting?)

After you shape your meatloaf, adding any condiments for spice and flavor, cut it in half so that the knife will cut the length and breadth while remaining parallel to the counter. You now have a top and bottom. Now, you can lay pieces of Canadian bacon, slice of different cheeses, vegetables, etc. inside. Now replace the top and cook it up. It's different every time, and gets guests' attention.

You should have left just the first line of your question. Does Meatloaf eat Meat. But you didn't. Maybe another time. I use a combination of different meats, ground chuck (beef not chuckie), ground turkey, and ground veal. With a couple of eggs and some panko bread crumbs and also some different spices.

I like to put creamed corn, bread crumbs, seasoning, eggs, and a splash of milk. Then I spread a layer of ketchup on top and bake it so the ketchup gets chewy.
