Don't do it because it will come down to sex. When you don't sleep with him he will try to screw you over and pay you regular salary and you won't be able to file sexual harrasment because you engaged in a conversation with him thatwas full of sexual content. Stay at your job and leave to old bastard alone.

I'd say no.
If the other guy expects you to sleep with him and you are not intending to do that... than don't go for it. He will be disapointed and will fire you lately... If you like him and/or wouldn't mind having some fun time you might consider accepting the offer.

hope this helps

Oh yeah, that sounds like a great idea. Just more proof that you can get along in the world without brains.

Well, since you don't want to do the "work" he obviously has in mind for you, you would be foolish to take the job.

Well is it Worth it? Why don`t you tell someone about it? Or tell him to stop? Personally if I didn't`t like him I would tell him to get lost.. ITS UP TO YOU, EVERY ONES DIFFERENT:
