No, like i said. People are just jerks. They dont even care how other people feel. If their really sensitive about a question that isn't even suppose to be rude or doesn't even sound rude then they have major issues.

Kinda like this "Kurt C." guy. He called you an idiot LOL i can tell this guy is a poor and most hated guy on earth... well maybe no on earth, but he sure deserves to go to hell if he ever dies.

May god bless his soul with niceness sooner or later because he needs it.

Nothing wrong in asking. In this day and age we automatically assume that events similar (even on a smaller scale) to 9/11 are related. Cory Lidle's tragedy was definately not related but rightfully so, scared many. I'm a NY'r and was stunned to see the newscast of the burning building. Before the knowledge that it was Cory's plane, most had figured out that it was not terrorist related. It was too small scale and into an unknown building for an act of terrorism. This is a baseball and human tragedy...nothing more. I do understand why 9/11 would come to mind. It's a shame how we are now trained to think.

Are you basically asking whether Cory Lidle was a member of Al-Qaeda or some other Islamic extremist terrorist group? In the world we live in, I suppose it is better to be safe than sorry and to explore all possibilities. But I really doubt Cory Lidle had terrorism on his mind when he was crashing into that building, and if you suggested it to his friends and family, they would probably get really pissed off.

O Com on!! No connection... 9/11 was a bunch of cowards who committed an act of terrorism.. and Corey was just and terrible Fuel malfunction just as he was about to head towards "The Office" meaning Yankee Stadium as he was about to head out of NY to head on home for the off season. No connection.
Stay Away From 9/11... Many peps out their may still feel hurt!!! NOT KOOL!!!!

Absolutely nothing wrong here. People get sensitive to the issue of 9/11, for good reasons, obviously. And to add to that, the death of Cory has pretty bad too. So when your talking about death people are going to be sensitive, rude and stuff, no stopping it... No one wants to die. But as for the question, absolutely nothing wrong there.

What would the connection be? Yeah when the plane hit a high rise and no one knew who or why the natural concern was it was similar but after we knew who it was what would the connection be? I say it is insensitive in as much as you would be implying he is a terrorist by saying there is a connection.
