They are wanting you to change your name to:

Hmm how deep are your pockets? If you were there first, under that exact name that you mentioned, I would think you have a winnable case. Good luck with it, talk to an attorney or legal service!

Yeah, you're screwed. Even if you were there first, they probably have rights to the name where you didn't. It doesn't matter who was there first, it matters who has the rights to the name. I'm sure if you just change it everything will be fine. Get a lawyer though. You'll probably need it. Good luck!

I think your lawyer could better answer this. depends on what state you are in. How close you are to house of blues, and what your willing to do to secure the name... did you copyright it? if your a company you must have reserved the name at your county clerks ffice?
