First build up you leg strength (leg lifts). Lift light weights to strengthen your bi-ceps and tri-ceps. Don't use heavy weights because you don't want to over develop those muscles. If you do you won't be able to throw with any authority.

Do a lot of wind sprints. 50 to 100 meters at a time. After 3 sets of wind sprints run a hard 400 meters. This will help your endurance. Good luck kid!!!

Curls, pushups, working your core and running are key. Throw quite a bit but dont over do it...there is such a thing as throwing too much. Try getting a weighted ball to throw with....my baseball team used to slice a little hole in a tennis ball and fill it with pennies. Dont throw a ball like that too much or it will hurt your shoulder...just a few minutes then pick up a normal baseball and it'll feel like a feather.

Nolan Ryan used to throw a football before the games he started. If your looking to be a successful pitcher you'll need leg strength also so squats, various gym machines designed for leg work and alot of running will help with that.

Lifting, long toss.

Using a nautical machine, with the cable and pulley system. Detach bar from cable, face away from wieghts with cable behind your ear. Now extend arm down, kind of in a throwing motion, but doing this slowly. Do not jerk the cable/weights slow and smooth.

You can do a little work in the weight room but focus mainly on playing long toss and strengthening your legs. You can do leg work in the weight room but also running is important.
