guess your not in canada since equal right under the law, avoid tho places that you would have to work near old school people, some are not understanding, but gay does not have to be a loud dress style unless you dress as a girl / boy. Just work being gay has nothing to do with your responsibilities of your job.

For me it's Directv......if anybody and I mean anybody looks crossed eye'd at you for being gay...your fired on the spot. It is the best company I have ever worked for...they also have same sex health insurance within a month of working there...
