How can I find a sponsor to help me finish college at Delaware Technical & Community College?

I've been an international student at Delaware Tech since 2004, honors student, now I have a financial that could lead into legal problem..if I cannot keep F1 (student) status I wouldn't be able to graduate, whitch is what I came for from Romania.
