Which people? There is no war on terrorism. There is an ongoing attempt to install a US backed puppet regime in Iraq under the guise of attacking Al Qaida (who only now have moved into Iraq) as any fool could have predicted they would. There is a US lead war to increase terror to the point where seizing the Middle East's oil fields can be justified.

You're so sure that the Constitution applies, but I'd be willing to bet you think that the Second Amendment is less than absolute, and that the word "militia" appears in an operative part of the sentence.
Heck, I'd bet money you never actually read the Constitution and couldn't give an accurate description of what the document even is, in concept.

Hey you know what man, it's like George Orwell said: (paraphrase) it doesn't matter if the war is real or not, it just has to keep going. This may be to keep society heirarchical, but I'm not a communist, and I think that Bush created a fake war, or an idea thereof only to give him more power.
Next time, before you talk about a war, make sure it exists.

Constitution isn't holding us back.
We are fighting the terrorists and you, and still following the Constitution.

How is it holding "us" back?
Seriously, before you post snarky, leading questions like this one, back it up with facts or rationale.
