Oh, my mistake, I always thought a fool and his money soon get partying!
Seems to be the way it goes when you look in the tabloids anyway. I haven't been to a party in so long that my lampshade is getting dusty. Probably isn't funny anymore, either.
I live in Canada, they have Video Lottery Terminals in every bar. I have been on the road a good portion of my life, now, and I have watched some of these people just throw a whole paycheck in there to get the 'big' payout. Incidentally, that is $1000, so to throw a paycheck of 800 in there to lose it or gain that additional, elusive 200 seems like a poor return on any investment.
These things were not designed to 'give' money, they were designed to take it.

They are foolish enough to think they deserve it so they share, don't worry about stepping on others to find wealth. It's all about them.
The delusion is that they matter more than anyone else. That the poor make bad choices and have no other impediments.
(I am not talking all rich, but the foolish rich)

I think the population of 20 and under and all their expendable cash has fueled a lot of pur t dumbass's to get filthy rich in the last 10 years or so my good man.
