Sometimes when I'm watching a video on youtube, the video doesn't play all the way...it freezes in the beginning....and I always have to skip an episode, and I don't like doing that.
Does anyone know why it does that? And if you do, how can I watch the video completely when it does freeze?

Buffering maybe, or it could be that your comp. is slow. Also, maybe it's just the over quality of the video just sucks??? there is a number of reasons as to why they could freeze.

You don't have enough RAM on your PC or you have too much stuff running in the background. The little icons in thebottom right of your screen tells you whats running all the time, sucking up RAM (memory). Try shutting some of those down then play your video. Or, if the little slide bar on your video screen is moving to the right while it's playing but it's freezing, that means it's downloading while it's trying to play. Let it go all the way across to fully download, then play it again.

When you go to the video you want, hit the pause button to wait until the video has fully buffered. I'm sure that a lot of people are viewing from them - and bandwidth is not unlimited.

It could be one of two reasons # 1your hard drive may be full and not able to download the video stream as fast as needed: or,# 2 you may have a dial up connection which is to slow to process your video stream.

Make sure the clip is loaded all the way which is why you see the different shades of gray on the play/status/progress bar.
That is what I think you are talking about.

you have to let the video's load. they pause when they are loading. wait 10 seconds and this should solve the problem.

I don't know. I hope that Google doesn't screw up Youtube because they bought them out.
