WPA is the encryption alg for your wireless accesspoint. PSK is the preshared key. You will need to know who set up the accesspoint and ask them what the key is suppose to be. then enter it when you try to attach to the network. PSK is much like a password to get on the network, rather than using digital certificates

If you have forgotten your PSK, you'll need to change it. It's not possible to ascertain what it is. At least not on a properly designed system anyway.
