I would try a pretty apricot or subtle pink shadows. you are lucky you have blue eyes. You can do a lot with that. Try an icey chartreuse or sky blue shadow all around the lid, top and bottom then load on the mascara. you'll have big dolly eyes like Madonna in the early 90's. Hot, baby!

That's easy... think soft pinks and browns! try really neutral colours. Think scarlette johanson or britney.
Soft shades to highlight your eyes and show of your colours,
go for smoky eyes by adding dark shades of mauve, don't go for deep blacks and clumpy mascara you'll end up like christina in ''Dirty'' and even she's sick of that look.

i have blonde hair and blue eyes and i use just nuetral eyeshadow and stuff. i use a whitish color and a brown/bronze color for eyeshadow, for eyeliner i use brown, and for mascara i use brown-black.

smudge eyeliner all over your lids .. .then but a thin layer of light blue eye shadow .. then if you want you can put some sparkles the ones from n.y.c.
