No doubt my last words will be to my husband...
dont forget to feed the kids/cat/dog/yourself, get mum to show you how the washing machine works, dont forget to turn the iron off after you use it, dont mix whites with coloured in the wash, make sure there is always loo roll in the bathroom.
Dont give the kids crap to eat, the vacuum cleaner is under the stairs, its the purple and green tall thing, empty it when it stops sucking, mow the lawn regularly, the mower is the green thing in the shed, empty it when it stops cutting, spend time with the kids, not the x-box.
You will need to learn how to clean the toilet, DO NOT ask my mother to show you how to do this, learn yourself, stop wiping bogies in the ashtray, try and be nice to the neighbours when Im gone, they will want to help a widowed man, so stop calling them all moronic loonies and be nice to them.
Make sure my ashes are scattered at sea, love you.
see you later...

I don't know what my last words would be, but a dear friend died recently in a NHS hospital and hers were:
"The nurses here are actually cruel!"
Those words haunt me as I know she was right, and when I read of the NHS spending 13 billion pounds on an unecessary, useless computer system, I feel I should repeat those last words here.
Please keep urging your local MP to improve the NHS and stop the drain of billions of pounds.
