no. Free movies are free. PPV-and adult channels charge either per movie or per block of time. Most all the movies on comcast "on demand" are also free. You will know if they charge cause it will tell you the fee plus ask you to hit the ok button to view movie at the charged rate.

no...those are on the comcast on demand and that is all free.

No, at least not on my Bill.
I use the On-Demand all the time, nothing is ever on the bill.
