I learnt the following facts:
1) the contact details for the Scottish branch of the Russian Convoy Club;
2) what PQWL means on the Indian railway network; and
3) the telephone number of the Birchencliffe Out of School Club in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
4) I also learnt that sometimes Yahoo! Answers can touch someone's heart. My personal advice was chosen as best answer by a stranger, who commented thus:
"Thank you very much for everthing i heard from you and i hope u help many other people too. Please, be there always for people like me."

Not to ask someone who is supposed to be knowledgeable about a spare parts list about spare parts.
