Apple for sure... Eat smaller meals so your metabolism doesn't shut down... don't stuff your self, basically

Nuts - pumpkin seeds, cashews
Salmon
Sardines
Avocado
Coconuts

and of course a stiff shot of VODKA

i've heard mints give you a temporary boost in concentration or something. i dunno. worth a try. plus your breath smells good.
