Yes, there is plenty I wish I had done. #1 Got to know him better. #2 Us both go to the doctor to get a checkup and the doctor talks to us both together about any thing he finds that could affect me or my children later in life. Those are 2 of the things any woman should do before getting married. Love does not make up for what u don't know, and what u don't know can hurt you.

I wish I had communicated what me desires were as far as what I thought family should be and what I expected sexually. It would have saved us a lot of problems and we probably wouldn't have gotten married.
I suggest to all you make sure you have the sexual conversations before you say I do. Because finding out later that your mate likes this and not that, or how many sexual partners you had before is a problem, or if your fantasies are a little to wild for them. It can make all the difference.

I wish I spent more time discovering lifes other joys:guilty pleasures like traveling wherever whenever solo, dancing more often til dawn, laughing with girlfriends while destined for nowhere in particular, spending more time living in the moment before the joys of marraige/family

Yes. I wish I had insisted that we learn to communicate more effectively! I think it would've helped to take premarital classes - rather than learning the basics of communicating (and what works for us) over the course of our marriage. *grin*
There are some things only time can teach, of course.
