I would say watching someone scratch their butt and smell their fingers. They are both grose but that is the grosest.
By the way these questions are good because they are making me laugh.

I would say that A is worse. When you sneeze, you are supposed to wipe the snot on your *backside*, so you don't have to look at it. Wiping the snot on your lap is *completely* gauche.

that's nasty... one time i was on a tour bus on the way bck from washington dc and i had to watch some dude pick his nose and eat it! EWWWWWWW im gonna go puke now(not really)

Definately smelling their fingers after scratching. This just tells me that they like the smell of butt.

B is worse. I mean, when you sneeze it's unexpected and you don't always have a kleenex, but to purposely dig around in your butt and take a whiff of it, that's just plain nasty!
