If the PC is new, make them do an RMA because the unit is still under warranty. Who told you to do this? I suggest stongly, that you contact Dell before you do this, as this procedure will wipe ALL the data, programs that you installed or downloaded to bring the system back to the original settings.
Did you do a backup - if not, you should before doing this.
The PC has its own System Restore built in it is called Dell PC Restore.
