I've been with the company for 6 years and always had above average evaluations but because I did not want to change my schedule, she told me that I was lucky that she hasn't fired me already and that I was a bad employee. I have no witnesses.

It is not important what your supervisor might have said, your work speaks for itself. She is not allowed to fire you for such a trivial matter because you would not change your schedule. She was probably letting off stream because you would not do as she wanted. Just continue to do your work in a profession manner and things will be alright.

Depending on which state you are in (or country for that matter) will determine what you can or cannot do about this. No witnesses makes it difficult though. Protect yourself in the future and ask for a witness (her boss or a co-worker you trust) anytime you have a meeting. Women have sued their bosses for sexual harassment and won without witnesses. Know your rights by checking out your local laws regarding employment.

However, if it were me, I'd take some vacation time and start looking for another job.

There is always someone up higher on the ladder. You need to talk to that person and let them know what happened or if you have a human resource you can tell them. Good luck.

i think of that any one married or with understand-how is conscious that all and sundry relationships have themes. the human beings who positioned on a happy face truthfully are being respectful of one yet another, and not airing their grimy laundry. the only way human beings understand what is going on on your marriage is that in case you or your spouse tells them approximately it. That style of information is terrific left between the two one in all you or a specialist therapist--- no longer your human beings or family contributors. If human beings in a courting initiate telling their friends and family contributors approximately their issues then each time they see the different person interior the courting they solid judgement. The words we are saying can't be taken decrease back, so why could anybody who loves their better half no longer shop each and every thing in the back of closed doorways. have self belief me: there are various cases I say each and every thing is vast and how happy we are appropriate after a extensive blow-up argument on the excess of to the form. the base line: each and every thing is vast! i admire her, and he or she loves me. i admire that she has her opinion and that they are no longer a replicate image of my perspectives. I study from her, and optimistically teach her besides. So- human beings purely understand what's happening on your marriage in case you tell them. Why the heck could you tell them approximately your courting?

Send her an e-mail confirming the date and time of the meeting and what was said. Keep a copy. Do not ask for her agreement or comment. In that way you have documented what was said and she knows it.
