Yes. Mc Donalds is a very reputable company. However, there is only one winning game piece and it could get lost or thrown away by the lucky person that gets it. And it will be in the last carton of playing pieces to keep selling their products!

For complete list of winners, you have to write to McDonalds' Winners List. P.O. Box 466001 Lawrenceville, GA 30042 with a self addressed stamped envelope

I believe there are winners every year, they just are not public. Last year, 2 people won $1 million, one from Illinois and one from Pennsylvania. 2 people won $200,000 and 2 won $50,000 college scholarships.

They have to have winners or they can be in big trouble with the gov. They have already been in trouble because some higher ups in the co. were taking the winning pieces and giving them to non-immediate family and friends. They then were going to go around the country and give prizes to random people in their restaurants, Which I think would be more unfair then any other way of fixing their rep. as they would avoid certain neighborhoods , and the prize-givers would choose to give the prizes to people they were attracted to. (this time sign me cynical old grouch)

I think the closest I've ever come to knowing someone who would've won was when my friend had Park Place and knew a guy who had Boardwalk but the guy with Boardwalk refused to share pieces and split the winnings because he thought he could find the other piece on her own- resulting in neither winning.

nah there are probably certain peices that are in high demand or what i think is one side of the country is overloaded with half the pieces and the other half the country has an over flow of the other side of the board, thus making it real real hard for someone to win

Hi,

You can got to http://www.McdonaldsMonopolyClub.com to trade, sell or buy pieces you need or don't want.

I think there is joint effort to win a big prize.

But the biggest thing is to get Best Buy Bucks for free which is explained on the site forums.

The "winners" are actors paid less than the actual prize, so they only have to pay for hiring of one guy for 5 or so hours of shooting, instead of the actual amount of prize.
