I'm guessing that the question you clumsily tried to ask was "Why hasn't Bush line-item vetoed any spending bills?" The answer would be "because the President does not have line-item veto power."

Maybe he supports sending. I send things all the time, e mails packages all sorts of stuff, I do not see the harm
