I have had sushi at every place listed and then some and the best sushi is at a place called Naked Fishes Sushi. We love this place so much we don't want sushi from any where else. It is off of Durango and new so I don't think many people know about it. It is also one of the only places in Las Vegas that has a hipness to it like places in Seattle (where I'm from) Not only is this the best I have had in Las Vegas, this is the best sushi I have had in any city or state in the US.

In Vegas, I believe Ah Sin at Paris Hotel has the best all around Asian food, including sushi. But if you want the best sushi in Los Angeles, its Kyushu in Tarzana right on Ventura blvd. Both have great sushi, but it's not cheap. Good Luck.

The sushi resturant in the Flamingo if you wanna go low key-low price good quality. Other wise go to the Little BUddha in the Palms or Tao/Tsunami in the Venetian

I'm not a fans of that food, and don't know if you're looking in town or on the Strip. For the Strip I believe that Caesar's Palace has a nice place and in town check out the Osaka restaurant.

Best thing to do is ask a local or someone at the hotel desks. They know the best places to eat.
