Yes I need the concrete to very strong for fork lift and heavy foot traffic

the best way to do this is to lay reinforce 1/4" rod welded fabric and use a strong mix of 3 parts ballast to 1 part cement
if you are using ready mix they can do this for you
peg up the mesh about 1" from ground and pour the cement on to so it will go through the holes
use a vibrator to get rid of any air bubbles (these can be hired from hire shops )after 2 days of finishing play water on it to give it a good soaking this will strengthen it more

could you be more specific do you mean Strong . to make strong concrete you mix 3parts aggrigate 2 parts concrete sand 1part cement add water and mix you will need to put down steel rods about 1inch above ground for strenght then add concrete

4000 psi they will know what you ae talking about,strength of concret is measured in psi pounds per square inch
