I would say definately don't quit. Think about why you hate college first. Is it because you don't like the school you are attending? or b/c of your major and classes? Getting a college education is so important nowadays to get a good job first try to figure out why you don't like college talk to friends, family, and even your advisor and professors before you quit.

It depends on how long you've been at it. If you just started in September, give it until the end of the year. You might just be homesick and having a hard time adjusting. Try to pinpoint why exactly you hate it. If you're in your first year, another thing that might be detracting from the experience is if you're taking a lot of general courses that don't pertain to what you want to do. Once you get those out of the way, you should be taking classes that actually interest you and it will be more fun.

no. college has somtyhing for everyone. You should change your major if you hate what you are doing, becasue you will never be able to make that your job. Think about what you like doing. what inspires you, what do you want to know more about. I would start afresh in the spring wit totally new classes that are a big departure from what you are doing now. there is somthing there that you will love learning about.

Maybe you should try changing your major or look into transfering college. Don't quit. With the job market the way it is, you NEED a college education. Good luck.

You should try a local junior college first then transfer to a 4 year university. This will allow you to "grow" into it. It is fast becoming the "In thing". It is a lot cheaper and allows the student to try different subjects without penalty.

Try taking something else instead of what you are taking. And make sure it's something you love, or very interested in. Also make sure it's something you can actually make money at in the future, because a lot of college degrees are a waste of time and money. Choose something technical, and that you love and are good at.

do you want a job that doesn't pay for squat for the rest of your life? or do you want to earn a degree and better yourself and have a job that pays decent and has benefits?
College is not easy! Neither is real life! Make it fun :) Make bets with friends on who's going to get better grades. something to that effect. Make it something you want to get up and do :)
Good Luck!
