Why do joints hurt after masturbation ? Is once a week a high rate ? Does that happen also after normal sex ?

Joints shouldn't hurt after masturbation unless your getting into unusal positions to do it. One a week is not a high rate by any means.
It might happen after regular sex because you would be using the different parts of you anatomy and your joints would come into play. But in general if your suffering joint discomfort it's more likely from other causes and this question should be addressed to a medital person.

1) Joints aren't supposed to hurt after masturbation. Either you have a medical condition, or you are over-strenuing yourself somehow...
2) Once a week is the BARE MINIMUM in my opinion. Three times a week is better, and once a day is what I would recommend for any male over the age of 25.
3) It all depends on circumstances. Sex and masturbation are not the same, and although the outcome of a male (i.e. ejaculation) is essentially the same, the feelings may differ from person to person, from time to time.

My joints have never hurt. So your forcing yourself too much or in funny positions.

Once a week isn't high at all, its probably low compared to most.

And no it doesn't happen after sex, unless its hard and fast, or again a strange position. ;)

You may be straining or tightening your legs or other joints when you c u m. It's typical to arch the back or curl the toes or whatever, but you may be hyper-extending yourself & hurting yourself in the process.
