get a trim every 6 weeks.
shampoo and condition your hair.
don't towel dry so roughly.
do NOT brush or comb your hair when it's wet.
don't over dry your hair.
try not to use so much heat on it anyway, give it a break at least.
eat healthy.
no sweety stuff and all them stuff that makes us happy,
that screws your hair.
sleep more, you're hair will then get a chance to grow its 1cm and a half a month.

I used Ojon oil every night for a month and my hair grew a quick inch! But then I stopped and so did the growth. Maybe I should go back to it. Awesome stuff!

Get your edges cut. Then about every 3 months get your edges trimmed. And use a deep conditioner when you wash your hair.

I know biotin is recomeded to help it grow but it sounds like you need a strengthener. You should be able to pick both up at a drugstore or Sally's if you have one.
