My 5 year old has onepuffy eye, no redness in theeye and wasn't hit or bit by an insect - any ideas?

It could be a condition known as "periorbital cellulitis" (infection around the eye). Its imperitive that he sees a Pediatrician ASAP since it could lead to an eye infection.

Could be allergies, beginning of pink eye, or a sty. To find out for sure, take him/her to the pediatrician to have it looked at.

allergies or pinkeye, the best thing to do is to take to a docter and avoid letting her rub it or be in contact with others incase it is contagious
