I think this is a sign of an infection or a chill to that area, or some other illness. It is definitely a red flag warning you that something is seriously wrong, please go to your GP or your gynecologist as soon as possible. Maybe your abdominal pain (and ovary pain) might decrease if you keep the whole area warm: wear a warm sweater or a long sweatshirt to cover the area and dress for the weather, if it is cold outside wear your winter coat or winter jacket which hopefully covers the area. At night in bed make sure you have enough blankets to keep warm. If you find it hard to walk or sit, just lie in bed, in the warmth. But please see a gynecologist as soon as possible. sound like you need a dnc better get it checked out better safe then sorry it might be a miscarriage.
