To Stephen who answered...just because Diebold was not used, Triad, ESS & S, and Sequoia vote machine companies who together with Diebold count well over 87% of the vote nationwide are all owned by Republicans (many of the CEO's are Bsuh "pioneers") and contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to reelect Bush.

They all had irregularities reported..see this map (could not copy the link but go to this page and click on the link that is 2nd from the bottom (map of US 2004 anomolies). It shows a map with problems on it..interesting!

The all keep their software/sourcecode secret and would not let anyone examine (propriatary secrets) and without bing able to examine the sourcecode, they is NO way to tell what the software is programed to do. Most of the above companies hire convicted felons who were convicted for computer fraud.

It was Triad who sent employees in to alter the machines before the recount and who told employees to post "cheat sheet" with the number the official count said the tally was by the machines disguised as employee related things and when the recount was done to read that posted figure (the original one) instead of whatever the recount tally was so the total "would match."

One board of election whistleblower was fired for giong public with this.

see these link for info about that.

The video above that the asker posted had nothing to do with Diebold and was supposed to be funny (why did you call it fake..it was a cartoon, of course, it was fake).

Of those reported voting irregularities many were friom other companies bwesides Diebold. Diebold is just the most well known.

You are wrong, however, your county may not have used Diebold, but in Ohio, "more than 35 counties used Diebold machines and nationwide, according to the company’s Web site “over 75,000 Diebold electronic voting stations are being. used."

This is a direct quote taken from this article..

Also, diebold optical scanners were used to count punch card and paper ballots.

I laughed at the vidow BTW.

I work at the polls in Ohio. Whoever forged that video has never seen a Diebold voting machine. BTW must Ohio counties did not use Diebold machines in the 2004 election.
